what it does: orchestrates scraping, ranking, autofill, and outreach steps in a desktop pipeline that executes application tasks as deterministic agent jobs.

inspiration: recruiting is mostly repetitive io-bound work, so i modeled it as an automatable workflow instead of manual browser sessions.
